New Systems started its work in the U.S. in August 2003 with financial support from Ukrainian Credit Union, Bank Capital One, Opening Doors Finance and venture investors. The big role in technical side played following companies: Frontier Telecom of USA, Globalcom of England, Tario of Russia, Kiev Telecom of Ukraine and technical specialists from Beltelcom of Russia.
A group of highly qualified experts of telecommunication and IT fields with tremendous experience of work in different countries decided to organize a technical and commercial platform for introduction and development into people’s life and work.
